Refund & Replacement Policy – AL-Mustafa Store
At AL-Mustafa Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day refund or replacement policy under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility
Requests for refund or replacement must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Used or damaged products (not caused by our fault).
Personal care or hygiene items once opened.
Customized or special-order items.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the item was defective or wrong).
4. Replacement Policy
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Please contact us with clear photos/videos of the product to verify the issue before shipping it back.
